Yubico sets new global standards for simple and secure access to computers, mobile devices, servers, and internet accounts. Bure har per 16 mars 2017 förvärvat 19,75 procent av aktierna i säkerhetsföretaget Yubico AB. Förvärvet har främst skett via förvärv av befintliga aktier från privata investerare. Parterna har kommit överens om att inte offentliggöra köpeskillingen. Substansvärdet per aktie var 159,2 kr jämfört med 153,5 kr vid kvartalets början vilket motsvarar en ökning med 3,7 procent. Yubico genomförde en riktad nyemission under det tredje kvartalet. I samband med detta förvärvade Bure Growth 140 000 aktier i Yubico från befintliga aktieägare för 50,2 Mkr. De motsvarar cirka 12 procent av aktierna i bolaget vid notering. Sponsoroptionerna kan användas till teckning av aktier tidigast efter fem år och senast inom tio år från utfärdandet.
